I get a password required error message when I try to print out coupons, such as a Dunkin Donut coupon. It asks for a Dunkin Donut password. It doesn't happen when I used other PDF programs. Attached are the screen shots of the error messages.
The PDF your have provided us with is password protected and cannot be opened unless you have the password. I have tested the file in Adobe and it also request a password to open the PDF. If you are able to open the PDF with other software this is because they are out of compliant with the PDF Standard.
